Automatic Customer Discounts – Mass Assignment
This new feature automatically applies predefined discounts whenever a parts or labor document is created for a customer with an assigned discount.
There’s no longer any need to manually enter discounts—they’re applied automatically.
You can now also assign discounts in bulk to multiple customers in a single action. Filter customers by different criteria (category, location, rating, etc.), select some or all, and apply the discount instantly.
Residual Value Percentage in the Fixed Assets Module
Autologica Sky DMS includes a Fixed Assets module to manage asset acquisitions and disposals, monthly depreciation, accelerated depreciation, depreciation reversals, and related processes.
The module now allows you to define a fixed residual value percentage for each asset, enabling a revised depreciation calculation based on that residual value.
Integrations
Simetrical (Renault)
The Simetrical interface has been updated to allow reporting parts movements only from configured warehouses, instead of sending data for the entire branch.
GUDB (Ford)
Updated to operate in any country. The GUDB interface sends the following information from Autologica Sky DMS to Ford:
- Service invoices and repair orders
- Counter sales parts invoices
- Parts inventory
- Service appointments
- Used vehicle sales
