New Release | Web-Based Parts Orders

Placing orders is now easier, more intuitive, and much faster

Web-based Parts Orders marks another milestone in Autologica’s ongoing modernization. Dealerships can now place parts orders through a fast, easy-to-use interface — in just three simple steps:

  1. Select the customer
  2. Choose the parts
  3. Confirm the order

That’s it.

With this release, you can already create:

  • Parts purchase orders
  • Counter sales parts orders
  • Parts pre-issues for open repair orders
  • Workshop parts orders when a repair order has not yet been created

Current Web-based Modules

With the launch of web-based Parts Orders, dealerships using the cloud version of Autologica Sky DMS now have access to a growing set of modules, apps, and features designed to streamline daily operations and add powerful new tools.

What could you already be using today if you’re on the cloud?

Autologica Analytics: Analytics is the new KPI and performance measurement platform for dealerships, transforming the daily routine of owners and managers.

App for Physical Inventory: Streamlines the inventory counting process so you always know what’s available — without closing the dealership or requiring overtime.

Web-Based Repair Order: 100% web-accessible, with a more intuitive and user-friendly design; a new section showing the status of all repair orders; improved search, filters, and auto-complete fields; and quick access to service history and each customer’s profile.

360-Degree View of Parts: Autologica Sky DMS’s Parts 360° View provides a comprehensive view of each part from a single point of access.

360-Degree View of Customers and Suppliers: From this platform, users can search customers and suppliers, view contact information, make updates, create new records, change credit limits, and more.

Kanban View: The Kanban-style view in Autologica Sky DMS provides real-time visibility into the progress of each repair order. Service Managers can drag and drop orders and assign or reassign jobs quickly to improve workshop productivity and efficiency.

Throughout 2026, we will continue releasing additional web-based modules — along with a few surprises we can’t announce just yet.

Customer-Based Discounts for Parts and Jobs

This new feature allows predefined discounts to be automatically applied whenever a parts or jobs document is created for a customer who already has an assigned discount.

There’s no longer a need to manually enter discounts — the system applies them automatically.

Using this feature is simple and can be summarized in the following steps:

  1. Access the customer profile to which you want to assign the discount.
  2. Open the account type settings (where credit limits are defined) and set the discounts.
  3. Save and exit the customer profile.

When is the discount applied?

  • Counter sales
  • When assigning labor to a repair order
  • From the Generate labor to invoice from time cards button
  • From the Assign labor button
  • From parts and service estimates
