Throughout 2025, we set out to improve Autologica Sky DMS in three key areas:
- Strengthening the use of data to make informed decisions and improve margins.
- Continuing to launch 100% web-based modules.
- Designing and preparing the foundation for native AI features.
Each of these goals was achieved without compromising dealership support, ongoing improvements to existing DMS functions, or new OEM integrations. In addition, this year the DMS was adapted to meet the requirements and characteristics of new international markets where we expanded.
In this article, we want to share the year’s main milestones — and how this progress lays the foundation for what’s coming in 2026.
Autologica Analytics
Autologica Analytics has become an indispensable tool for analyzing dealership data and key performance indicators. For the past two years, owners and managers have used it to assess the business’s financial and accounting health, analyze margins, and uncover inefficiencies.
During 2025, we introduced major improvements to the platform.
Dashboard Creator
Responding to a frequent need, we launched Creator, a tool that allows users to build and customize their own dashboards — creating reports and views tailored to their exact needs. Information can now be displayed in the most practical and user-friendly way for each person.

Leaderboards
Leaderboards has positioned itself as an essential daily monitoring tool, allowing business leaders to measure and compare the performance of their entire network in real time.
There is no longer a need to call each branch or manager to request spreadsheets and metrics — every day, information from all branches is consolidated in Analytics and displayed in this dashboard.

Sales Potential
The dashboard designed to help you sell more. With this improvement, Analytics uses purchase data, filters, and statistical analysis to generate lists of customers with a high probability of purchasing vehicles, parts, or service.
The sales team’s routine begins here — focusing outreach efforts on those who are already thinking about their next vehicle or service.

Registrations
The sales analysis dashboard — which already included sales amounts and volumes — added a new section this year focused on vehicle registrations over a selected period. This information is essential, for example, to track OEM goal achievement.
The data is grouped by branch, model, and generic model, allowing drill-down analysis to explore every detail of each registered vehicle or machine.

Parts Turnover
With the latest update, Analytics can now measure Parts Turnover — a new indicator added to the group of metrics used to evaluate inventory health.
By comparing sales and stock, dealerships can understand how many times their inventory turns over. The goal of this metric is to help achieve an optimal turnover level.
Other Key Dashboards Added in 2025
- Vehicle Stock
- Aging
- Average Profit per Vehicle Sale
- Parts Sales Margin
Inventory App
Without a doubt, one of the standout features of the year has been the Physical Inventory Counting App. With this app, parts staff can scan barcodes or QR codes in each warehouse and update available quantities, correct locations, and leave comments — all in under a minute per part, without interrupting operations.
All recorded information is automatically updated in the DMS.
Requires the cloud version of Autologica.

Annual Brand-Specific Training Programs
Beyond tools and technology, dealership efficiency depends on people. In 2025, we strengthened our training program so every dealership employee can access multiple training opportunities.
Web-based Repair Order
The most complete repair order — now fully web-based with more features. As part of Autologica’s web modernization process, we deliver highly anticipated monthly milestones. One of these was the launch of the 100% web Repair Order.
This module simplifies the creation of repair orders entirely through the browser, improving both usability and the information displayed to users.
Key improvements include:
- 100% web accessible
- More intuitive, user-friendly design
- Easier to use
- New section showing the status of all repair orders
- Improved search, filters, and auto-complete fields
- Quick access to service history and customer profiles

Autologica: The First AI-Powered DMS
AI tools are now part of everyday life for everyone — and therefore also for the dealerships we work with. Among the many opportunities AI brings, we focused this year on a project that is already delivering results.
- Understanding, together with dealerships, how to adopt AI
- Designing real, scalable solutions fully integrated into the DMS
- Developing and testing each feature
The outcome of this project — scheduled for Q1 2026 — is a set of AI features with clear and practical objectives, including:
- Saving time on tasks that add cost but not value
- Eliminating repetitive work
- Generating, qualifying, and assigning sales opportunities
- Automating customer communications
- Detecting trends to forecast outcomes
Spoiler alert: AVA Support is just a preview of the AI projects that will soon be available in 2026.
OEM Integrations
BYD DMS
Since October 2025, BYD dealerships can integrate Autologica Sky DMS with the brand’s system.
CIM Toyota
Improvements to the interface used by dealerships to exchange key data such as repair orders, appointments, customer records, and invoices.
Adjustments to align with brand requirements.
ELIPS
We updated how related equipment is reported in parts invoices. The ELIPS interface (Equipment Lifecycle Integration of Parts and Service) sends
Simetrical
We launched integration with Simetrical, a data visualization software used by Renault dealerships. Through this integration, dealership parts, service, and vehicle operations are reported.
Other Key Developments
- Simplified VAT (IVA Simple) and Digital VAT Ledger for dealerships in Argentina
- Improvements to the warranty reimbursement portfolio process for Dominican Republic requirements
- Fiscal and tax developments for Mexico
- New reports in the Cash and Banking modules
What’s Next
This journey doesn’t stop here. 2025 brought AI into daily operations, while we continued strengthening the path started in 2024 with analytics and new functionality.
What we built this year lays a solid foundation to further deepen the integration of technology, data, and management in 2026 — with a clear goal: helping every dealership work better, decide faster, and focus on what truly drives business results.
Thank you for joining us on this journey of constant innovation.
Here’s to an outstanding 2026!
