Analytics | Visual Calculations
Autologica Analytics is the platform integrated with Sky DMS that provides your dealership’s accounting, financial, and operational KPIs.
Every day, managers and dealership owners rely on prebuilt dashboards with data from every department, while also creating their own custom dashboards using Creator.
Visual Calculations is a new Creator feature that lets you perform calculations directly on chart data. For example, if you need to calculate each salesperson’s commission, you can now add the calculation directly to the chart.
Analytics | Expense Dashboard Enhancements
The Analytics Expense Analysis Dashboard helps dealerships monitor and analyze both fixed and variable expenses. It has become a key tool for tracking:
- Expense trends over time
- Extraordinary expenses by department
- Budget performance
- ABC expense analysis to identify the most significant cost drivers
Analysis can be performed at the dealership level or drilled down into individual departments.
In this release, we’ve improved the dashboard’s performance and introduced a new Total Expenses card, which combines fixed and variable expenses into a single, consolidated view.
HubSpot and Autologica Integration
This two-way integration eliminates the need to manually enter the same information into both your DMS and CRM.
From HubSpot to Autologica
- Sales information is transferred to Autologica for processing in the DMS.
From Autologica to HubSpot
- Once a sales transaction is completed, the sales ID is automatically sent to HubSpot.
- Parts, labor, and vehicle model catalogs are synchronized.
This integration improves the traceability of leads, opportunities and sales, reduces manual work, and keeps customer information unified throughout the entire sales process.
Sales | Enter Amounts in a Foreign Currency
For dealerships operating in two currencies, we’ve introduced (in the last Autologica Sky DMS update) an enhancement that allows users to enter payment due amounts in a foreign currency, in addition to the local currency, which was previously the default option.
Assign a User to Imported Transactions
Autologica provides interfaces for importing transactions, such as invoices, when business processes or specific situations require it.
With this enhancement, every transaction imported through an interface is now automatically assigned to the user who performed the import, instead of a generic system user. This provides greater traceability and accountability for imported records.
