Sales Potential – Parts and Units

Autologica Analytics is our key performance indicator platform, fully integrated into the DMS as part of the ecosystem. Designed for managers and dealership owners, it’s the first thing they check every morning—helping them make data-driven decisions.

The Sales Potential Dashboard helps identify commercial opportunities and maximize the potential of dealership customers.

With the insights provided by this dashboard, dealerships can:

  • Increase parts and service sales with existing customers
  • Easily create marketing campaigns and reduce customer churn
  • Detect trends to anticipate opportunities and improve decision-making

Toyota Integrations

Updates to the Vehicle Supplemental Information Interface

This interface processes the supplemental information files sent by Toyota to update vehicle data registered in the DMS.

The update introduces new automated data fields and improvements to the processing log, helping streamline operational tasks and simplify inconsistency reviews.

Now:

  • The engine year is automatically populated using the “Certified Year” field for imported vehicles and the “Model Year” field for domestic vehicles.
  • The chassis brand is automatically updated based on the brand assigned to the model.
  • The interface log now includes the name of the processed file and detailed messages requiring review.

G-TOPAS (Global Toyota Parts Supply System)

This integration connects the dealership with Toyota’s global parts supply system, streamlining parts management and distribution.

It includes:

  • Toyota parts order interface
  • Toyota parts delivery note interface
  • Toyota pricing interface
  • Sales interface (Toyota parts sales affidavit reporting)

Order Interface

This interface generates the files required to upload orders to Toyota factory systems.

Vehicle Invoicing

This interface allows dealerships to automatically process Toyota vehicle purchase invoices, eliminating manual data entry.

Update Vehicle Supplemental Information

Processes the supplemental information files sent by Toyota to keep vehicle data in the DMS up to date.

Daily Demand

Allows dealerships to update the average daily demand for each Toyota part.

Salesforce Integration

This integration performs two actions simultaneously:

  1. Receives pending sales requests in Autologica awaiting download approval (displayed as “Approved Pre-Sale”).
  2. Sends from Autologica to Salesforce all available information required to keep Salesforce updated.

Third-Party Savings Plans Sold

Updates sold third-party savings plans for the Toyota brand. When processed, all subscriptions included in the file are updated, regardless of the branch they belong to.

Sold Parts Affidavit Reporting

Through this interface, dealerships can generate a report or file to send to Toyota factory systems with information on sales, debits, and credits for major customers.

Report to SAP R3 (Lexus)

Autologica includes five outbound interfaces that consume a Web Service provided by Toyota Argentina (TASA) to report information to SAP. These interfaces send invoicing document data generated with CAE, including all information required to comply with TASA standards.

  • Sales Orders
  • Customers
  • Storage
  • Delivery
  • Return

Interfaces with Toyota Online System

Keeps the dealership’s Sales and Administration departments synchronized with Toyota.

  • The dealership downloads the information and imports it into Autologica.
  • The entire dealership can track the status of each vehicle, from order placement to unit delivery.
  • It also allows completed sales transactions to be exported.

BMW Integrations

Updates to the BMW Sales Reporting Interface (RDR)

To align the interface with BMW’s new communication method via APIs, the “buyerparty” structure was updated to report data using the “specified Organization” structure instead of “specified Person.”

Pricing and Substitutions

Allows updated BMW price lists to be imported into Autologica. Dealerships can perform bulk part updates and, in addition to parts pricing, valuable supplemental information and part substitutions are also updated.

Warranty Resource Creation – File Generation by Official Branch

This interface creates warranty resources in BMW systems. It generates as many files as official branches configured in the interface with different official codes. These files are then sent via PIX.

Interfaces for Sending and Receiving Contacts, Complaints, Service Visits, and Sales

Enables automatic information exchange between the dealership and BMW Argentina.

The following can be sent and received:

  • CRM prospect contacts
  • Customer complaint cases received by BMW and assigned to the dealership for follow-up
  • Services performed by the workshop
  • Vehicle sales

Renault Integrations

Simetrical

The purpose of this interface is to report dealership activity to SIMETRICAL (part of the SIMDATAGROUP group).

  • Service sales
  • Open repair orders
  • Parts or accessories purchases
  • Parts or accessories inventory
  • Counter parts or accessories sales
  • Service parts or accessories sales
  • Parts or accessories linked to open repair orders

Updates to the Simetrical Interface

In this version, the value reported in the “NumeroParte” field was modified to include the origin of imported parts.

Example:

Domestic part code: 8671007588
Imported part code: 545032428RI

This way, parts will be correctly identified according to Renault’s official coding system.
