Autologica AI | AI agent to provide support for Autologica users

Our internal AI team is focused on integrating agents within the ecosystem of Autologica’s apps, functions, and services.

One of this month’s launches aimed at our dealership customers is the AI support agent for Autologica Sky DMS users. This agent is trained to answer technical inquiries, suggest solutions with links to the Help Center, and, if needed, create and track support tickets.

The goal is to resolve everyday issues within seconds, simply by chatting with AVA on the Autologica Platform, DMS menu, or Help Center.

Scope | OEMs Can View Parts Inventory at Each Dealership

Scope is our KPI Platform used by OEMs to monitor and compare indicators across the entire dealer network. A new dashboard has been launched for both tools that receives stock data from all dealerships for two main scenarios:

• If a dealership is out of stock, it can suggest sourcing the part from a nearby dealership to reduce shipping costs.
• If a customer needs a specific part, they can be directed to a dealership or branch in their area where it is available.

Cash Management

Reports | Export Payment Orders from the Petty Cash Operations Report

The Petty Cash Operations report provides detailed information about the vouchers that make up each operation, allowing for quick identification during reconciliation.

Starting from the latest version, it is possible to export money entries to different cashiers within a selected time frame. The exported data includes: Voucher Type, Issue Date, Accounting Date, Point of Sale, Number, Amount, Cashier of the liquidation, Cashier of the payment order, and Petty Cash.

Accounting

New Report | Balances in Local Currency vs. Foreign Currency Report

For dealerships using dual-currency accounting, this new report allows viewing the balances of each accounting account in both currencies — local and foreign.

Integrations

Autologica + Simetrical

The integration with Simetrical, a data visualization software used by Renault dealerships, has been launched. This integration reports dealership operations related to parts, services, and vehicles.

John Deere | ELIPS

A modification was made to how related machinery is reported in parts invoices.

The ELIPS interface (Equipment Lifecycle Integration of Parts and Service) sends daily and/or historical sales data from workshop and counter sales to John Deere.

To comply with Deere requirements for information submission, the method for reporting linked machinery in parts sales and model sales operations vouchers has been updated.
