Autologica AI | Daily Support Agent for Autologica Users 

AVA Support is our autonomous AI agent that helps quickly resolve system use queries. Users chat with AVA to find solutions to problems they’re experiencing. As a virtual assistant, she will search through the relevant manuals, guide you step-by-step to the solution, and submit a support ticket if necessary. 

Starting with the latest version, AVA Support can be accessed in all modules as well as from the Autologica DMS platform.

Autologica Analytics | Parts Turnover 

Did you know that Analytics is the KPI measurement platform for dealerships that transforms the routines of owners and managers? Using data directly sourced from Autologica Sky DMS, dashboards are created featuring accounting, financial, and management indicators. 

In the latest update, Parts Turnover can now be measured. This indicator is added to the group of metrics used to assess the health of the dealership’s parts inventory. 

By comparing sales and stock, dealers can determine how many times their inventory turns over. The goal of this metric is to help achieve an optimal turnover volume.

Toyota | Configurable Day Count for Reprocessing the Toyota CIM Interface 

A new field has been added to configure processes by dealership, allowing entry of the number of days to limit the records reported when interacting with Toyota (CIM). 

This day count allows the interface to report only the records from the last N days when reprocessing. 

John Deere | Changes in Parts Order File for Parts Center 

With the update to the parts purchase order interface executed from the Parts module, John Deere dealerships can continue submitting their parts orders through the factory portal.
