Vehicles – Prevent Reverting the Same Voucher More Than Once 

We have introduced a change that prevents a voucher from being voided (reverted) more than once. Once a voucher has been reverted, any subsequent attempt to void it will be blocked by the system, displaying a notification message. This new functionality prevents system-level and tax-related issues.

Vehicles – Shipments 

To simplify the process of entering vehicle shipments, we have made changes to the window used to link purchase requests. We also added a Shipment filter within the Vehicles module.

Agents Module

The Agents module in Autologica DMS is designed for dealers who work with vehicle or parts sales agents or resellers. 

We have introduced modifications to restrict access to sensitive information and have made functional changes across the Parts, Vehicles, and Machinery modules. 

Interfaces

BMW | New Interface for Reporting Vehicle Sales (Retail Delivery Report – RDR) 

In order to comply with BMW’s requirements, an interface was created to transfer vehicle sales information to BMW, using an API as the submission structure. 

Renault | Outbound Interface Update

Changes were introduced in the following interfaces, replacing characters that interrupt the file processing in the consuming Renault systems: 

• Interface for reporting invoicing to Renault via the BDCF system. 

• Interface for reporting vouchers generated from the RO – Renault EDR. 

Toyota | Interface for Updating Supplementary Vehicle Information

To allow for the bulk update of key vehicle information and expedite working times, we introduced changes that automate data updates performed from the Vehicles > Main Vehicle Information module. This is achieved by filling specific fields using two reference reports received from Toyota.
