Technician Time Tracking from Web and Smartphones
Job Clock is one of the most widely used modules by dealership service departments using Autologica. Why? Because it allows each technician to record what they are working on, log start and end times, and generate efficiency and productivity reports.
The Job Clock you already know has now evolved into a modern, web-based version—simple, agile, and intuitive.
With this evolution, technicians can record their working hours from any device: smartphone, tablet, or PC. For agricultural or construction equipment dealerships, hours can even be logged directly from the field.
What can you do with Web Job Clock?
Each technician records what they are working on and logs start and end times.
Record delays due to lack of equipment, parts, or workspace.
Track time spent on training, workstation cleanup, or supporting another technician.
Log breaks and other activities.

New Report | Authorized Sales to Suspended Customers
When a customer’s account is suspended due to non-payment, all sales are blocked unless a user with the proper permissions authorizes them. With this new report, designed with a strong focus on auditing, you can see which user authorized the sale, for what amount, and at what time.

Analytics Reports
Analytics Reports are key reports presented at each fiscal year-end as supporting documentation for the information generated throughout the period.
They help ensure that the relationship between Accounting and Operations is running consistently and without discrepancies.
Specifically, they allow you to detect:
- Entries that impacted operations but were not posted to accounting
- Manual entries that did not impact operations
Regular use of these reports helps prevent issues at year-end and significantly reduces audit time. These reports are based on what is known as the “control trinity”:
- General Ledger
- Analytics
- Management Reports
