Each edition of Expoagro confirms something the industry already knows: Argentine agriculture doesn’t just produce — it innovates. This exhibition has become a key space where the latest in machinery, advances in seed genetics, financing solutions, and—more than ever—technology and AI applied to management all come together.
This year marked our third consecutive participation in the Agtech Pavilion, a space that has established itself as one of the main meeting points for those shaping the digital future of agriculture.
Over four days, from March 10 to 13, we held dozens of conversations with dealership managers, specialists, and industry leaders. Beyond the specifics of each business, all these discussions revolved around the same idea: digital transformation is no longer a future project — it has become an operational necessity today.
A Common Challenge: Reducing Operational Workload
Each dealership has its own culture, processes, and way of managing the business. However, one common thread emerged in nearly every conversation: operational workload.
Today, the challenge is no longer access to information. Dealerships are generating and storing more data than ever, but the issue lies in the time still spent entering, organizing, and processing it manually.
These repetitive, low-value administrative hours are exactly what the industry is looking to recover — so they can be redirected toward what truly impacts the business: strategy, commercial management, and customer relationships.
In this context, Artificial Intelligence has moved beyond being a technological curiosity to become a practical tool for solving everyday problems.
The Emergence of AI Agents in Daily Operations
One of the topics that generated the most interest in the Agtech Pavilion was the use of AI agents specialized in operational tasks within the dealership.
During the expo, we showcased several developments aimed at that goal: reducing operational friction and freeing up management time.
Among the most inquired-about solutions, three stood out. Here’s a quick overview in case you couldn’t stop by our booth.
AI-Powered Invoice Reader
One of the developments that generated the most interest was the AI agent designed to automate document entry.

The system automatically analyzes the header, body, and footer of each purchase invoice, interpreting the relevant information to incorporate it into the management system. The result is a significant reduction in manual work and improved data accuracy.
Interact with your data through conversation
Another topic that sparked strong interest was the use of AI agents to query the core business system. Autologica introduced AVA Answers, its conversational assistant that allows users to ask questions directly to the dealership’s database.

The most common questions focused on specific topics:
- Value of idle inventory.
- Top customers who have stopped buying.
- Outstanding debts.
- Questions about financial KPIs for each dealership branch.
Workshop Chatbot
In the aftersales area, demand focused on tools that help streamline operations and improve the customer experience.
The workshop chatbot operates 24/7, allowing customers to check availability and book appointments without human intervention. This not only optimizes the service schedule but also reduces response times and enhances the overall user experience.

What Expoagro 2026 Left Us
Dealerships need to feel supported throughout the process of digitalizing their business. It’s not just about adopting new tools, but about going through a transformation that involves aligning processes, people, and technology.
For those of us developing solutions for the industry, spaces like Expoagro 2026 are essential. They allow us to hear firsthand the real needs of dealerships and understand how their operations evolve day by day.
This ongoing dialogue is what drives the evolution of solutions like Autologica’s DMS. The ultimate goal remains the same: to make dealership management increasingly simple, efficient, and profitable.
