Autologica Analytics
Mobile Version
The new version of Autologica Sky DMS includes features designed for dealership managers: integrated analytics. These are dashboards with key performance indicators for managers and principals, as well as budget control and execution. Learn more about Analytics here.
A mobile version is now available, allowing you to access key business and departmental indicators from anywhere, anytime.
Global Receipt
This new feature allows you to generate a single receipt or payment order for the customer’s total outstanding balance. In other words, if the customer has debt across different account types (parts, services, vehicles, etc.), they can make a single payment and receive one receipt for the total amount.
Payment Reversals
This version adds automatic payment reversal for Global Receipts, making it possible to cancel receipts and payment orders. This feature is particularly useful for dealerships using this feature, as it simplifies the maintenance of the customer’s account.
Withholdings as a Payment Method
Tax withholdings can now be entered as a payment method within a Global Receipt, streamlining the process of handling withholdings. Additionally, they will be generated using the same exchange rate as the receipt.
Vehicles Available for Sale | Navigation Panel
Salespeople who need quick access to information about vehicles available for sale (models, colors, equipment levels, and physical location) can now view all the key information on one screen, without scrolling or additional clicks, in the new report in the Vehicles module.
With the new navigation panel, you can quickly access a specific vehicle model without needing to use the search function.
File Manager Improvements
In the cloud-based file manager, you can now quickly access all the logs for each process to ensure proper control.

Parts Sales Statement
The Net Price field has been expanded to 12 digits (previously it was 9 digits). This allows dealerships to send net prices with a greater number of digits in the Fleet Sales Declaration.

Gross Sales Register for Entre Ríos
With this update, you can now process the Gross Sales register for the province of Entre Ríos, allowing you to update each taxpayer’s record with the applicable perception and withholding rates for this tax.
This is ideal for dealerships acting as agents for the collection and/or perception of Gross Sales Tax .
Bolivia
Numeric Validation for NIT (CUIT)
An adjustment has been made to the tax data entry process for Bolivia. The DMS now validates that only numeric values can be entered in the NIT field.
Journal Entry Numbering by Series in Annual Closing Processes
The annual closing processes have been adapted to generate journal entry numbers by series, in line with Bolivia’s accounting standards.
