Analytics Objectives

This feature lets dealership management define objectives in amounts, quantities, and other measures for performance control and follow-up in Analytics.

Parts Reservations | Priority orders

The parts reservation feature allows customers to reserve parts. The DMS assigns a priority to each request, ensuring that when the parts arrive, they are delivered to each customer based on the order in which they were reserved and the assigned priority.

Now, when customer reservations exceed inventory, a priority will be assigned from the oldest to the most recent reservation.

Improvements to Global Receipt

This new feature allows you to generate a single receipt or a single payment order for the total customer balance. That is, if the client has a debt in different types of accounts (parts, services, vehicles, etc.), a single payment and a single receipt can be made for the total.

In this new update…

  • You can automatically assign rounding differences in other payments to avoid generating advance payments for small amounts.
  • Account types are displayed by currency, allowing for more accurate tracking.
  • Records are automatically sorted by account type and highlighted with different colors for easy identification.
  • The visualization of the amounts was improved, clearly showing the cash available in both local and foreign currency.

Days for a vehicle to be considered immobilized

The “Days for stock” field was added to with the objective of recording the number of days that will be considered to determine that a unit is immobilized.

This is key to detect when a unit goes from live to immobilized, and take action on it.

General Motors | IOT Repair Order Report

Official GM dealerships need to periodically submit information requested by GM in a predefined format. For this reason, an exportable report to Excel of invoiced repair orders was developed that contains the information requested by GM.

The columns Customer ID (not just RUT), customer email, and the user who created the receipt were added to this report.

John Deere | Seedz integration

This is a new integration between Autologica Sky DMS and John Deere’s dealership sales incentive program, Seedz. It provides sales data from the dealership to John Deere so that they can generate incentives for the dealers based on that information.

In this update, all parts sold by workshop or counter are reported in the billing interface (Invoice APIs / Invoice-items). With this change, Seedz will know that the sum of the parts will not match the final amount of the voucher.
