? For Service Managers who want to analyze the efficiency of the work performed by technicians, it’s essential to be able to detect vehicles that return to the workshop too soon. Autologica Sky DMS allows vehicles to be categorized as “returned to workshop” when a vehicle enters and meets customizable conditions: a certain number of days since the last visit, or a certain number of kilometers or hours.
? Work orders identified as “returned” cannot be invoiced until it is determined whether it is really a repeated job (indicating the reason for the repeated work, e.g., a defective part, inefficient labor, etc.) or whether it corresponds to a new visit.
