We recently updated our Help Center to enhance the user experience

Predictive search 

We have made improvements to the search function, and now it will suggest results as you type.  

User-friendly design 

You will notice a refreshed, intuitive, and dynamic design that makes reading documents more user-friendly. 

More videos, less text 

New developments will come with videos so you can follow the step-by-step process in real time, without the need to read instructions. However, we won’t eliminate text – there will always be a version available for those who prefer reading.
