Improvements to Multi-Currency

Autologica Sky DMS is a multicurrency DMS that allows the dealership to invoice, manage accounting and accounts receivable in two currencies; and manage cash and banks in multiple currencies; all in real-time.

Improvements have been introduced that enhance this functionality and allow you to:

• Indicate whether the payment method is “Active” or not.
• Easily view which currency the coupon amounts are being converted to in receipts.

Charging With Multiple Accounts, and Exchange Rate Differences

With the DMS’s multiple account charging feature, you can charge a customer to various types of accounts, receive payments (cash, checks, transfers, etc.) and automatically generate the corresponding receipts.

Additionally, you can charge with exchange rate differences. In other words, without the need for manual calculations, the DMS generates real-time credit or debit notes for currency exchange at the time of collection.

Some of the added improvements allow you to:

• Quickly and easily detect any messages to consider when collecting payments.
• Provide more information in the payment options to better identify payment methods.

Automate More Processes by Integrating With John Deere

John Deere dealerships can now quickly and automatically send key information from various areas to the OEM for incentive generation and retrieval.

F116: In addition to the request, it now instantly creates the unit in the DMS.

Generation of Foreign Currency Transactions

In the process of collection or endorsement, when partially collecting, the allocation is taken into account. In addition, the redemption of value exchange is also adjusted.
