VIP Reports – Customer Retention

Autologica DMS has a special reporting module only accessible by authorized users.

These reports show:

  • Vehicles sold by the dealership that have visited the workshop
  • Vehicles sold by the dealership but have never visited the workshop
  • Vehicles that visited the workshop but were not sold by the dealership

This data can be used to:

  • Launch customer retention campaigns
  • Encourage service sales to customers
  • See the sales potential based on service department data, by analyzing vehicles that come through the service department but were not sold by our dealership

This information can be configured to be automatically emailed to the person responsible for analyzing it.
