Autologica Analytics | Default Objectives
Autologica Analytics provides dashboards with key performance indicators specifically designed for managers and principals, integrated into the DMS as a core web-based component of the DMS. Each manager has access to a daily and monthly panel, allowing them to start their day by reviewing departmental performance. Additionally, they can click on each indicator to see a detailed breakdown.
Analytics lets you track how you are performing compared to the goals you have set.
With the latest update, if no specific targets are entered into the DMS, default percentage objectives for both local and foreign currencies will be automatically set based on historical data. This ensures that users always have a reference point, even in the absence of explicitly entered goals.
Recurring Billing (Subscriptions)
This feature of Autologica Sky DMS is designed for dealerships that invoice services to their customers (such as satellite services, for example) or in cases where the same sales occur every month, saving time in generating invoices.
The feature also allows quick identification of customers with recurring billing, even if they are receiving a 100% discount.
Traceability of Related Vouchers
Autologica Sky DMS now provides traceability of all vouchers (invoices, debit and credit notes, receipts, etc.) generated in relation to a specific voucher.
Associating License Plates with Customers, Not Vehicles
You can now reassign a license plate from one vehicle to another. This feature is designed for countries where the license plate belongs to the customer, not the vehicle. Thus, the same license plate can be associated with multiple vehicles. When a customer sells their vehicle and acquires another, the license plate is unlinked from the first vehicle and transferred to the new one, and full traceability is kept in Autologica Sky DMS.
Improvements to Global Receipts
Global Receipt is a powerful new feature of Autologica Sky DMS that allows dealers to settle multiple customer accounts (vehicles, parts, services, etc.) through a single receipt, , in both local and foreign currencies.
Exclusion of Rounding as a Payment Method in Reports
Reports have been updated to exclude rounding payment methods. When generating a global receipt that includes “Other Payment Methods” with the rounding payment option, this option will no longer appear in reports. Transactions related to the concept of “Other Payments” used for rounding will not be displayed.
Generating Receipts in A/R When Collecting Settlements
When a dealership uses global receipts along with settlements, selecting a settlement while generating a receipt will provide the option to include invoices that are not part of the Global Receipt. However, if no specific settlement is selected, the dealership can easily generate the Global Receipt without any issues.
Currency Exchange Rate Differences | Generating Credit and Debit Notes with and Without VAT by Customer
The process for collecting payments with currency exchange rate differences allows for the generation of credit or debit notes due to foreign exchange differences at the time of collection, without the need for manual calculations.
Autologica Sky DMS now enables differentiation in how the currency difference is calculated, depending on the customer.

Appoint 365 | Default VAT Rate for Customers
Appoint 365 is the online appointment scheduling system included in Autologica Sky DMS, allowing dealerships to manage workshop appointments and enabling customers to book appointments via computer or smartphone.
For dealerships that require it, a default VAT category field has been added. Now, when a new customer books an appointment, they are automatically assigned the default VAT rate.
