Control in the inventory adjustment process to prevent negative stock
To prevent transactions that result in negative stock, this version adds a preventive validation to the physical inventory adjustment process.

Now, when using the “Revert” button, the system validates that you can only generate a stock-in credit note related to a neutral-in-stock invoice. Additionally, it ensures that only parts invoices can be reversed from the Parts module.

New process to generate allocation vouchers
This new process optimizes the Due Date Schedule report. It has been automated to massively adjust customer accounts.
- Automates account adjustments and accounts for minor differences, significantly optimizing administrative work.
- Ensures the Due Date Schedule report shows only those invoices that are truly outstanding and have a non-zero balance.
- Keeps the Cash module unaffected in performance, maintaining its agility.
- Generates vouchers dated on the last day of the previous month.

Updates to the Toyota Service Appointment – Salesforce interface
Toyota required certain changes to the Toyota Service Appointment interface, which schedules, reschedules, or cancels service appointments in Autologica Sky DMS based on the information sent.
The updates in this version include:
- You can now schedule an appointment and link it to a contact in the record if a person who is not a dealership customer brings the vehicle to the shop.
- The system now keeps a history of changes made to the appointment for certain fields (e.g., VIN, Serial, License Plate, Customer, Contact).
- Contact or customer service details are now displayed on the printed appointment.
