Here’s a look at the most important developments from recent months.
Contents
Web Repair Order
The most comprehensive repair order is now available with more features and 100% web-based.
As part of Autologica’s ongoing transition to web, key monthly milestones are being released—one of which is the fully web-based Repair Order module.

This module simplifies the creation of repair orders directly from a browser, with major improvements in usability and user information display.
- 100% accessible from the web
- More intuitive, user-friendly design
- Easier to use
- New section showing the status of all repair orders
- Enhanced search, filters, and auto-complete fields
- Quick access to service history and customer records
Analytics
Analytics is the KPI measurement platform that transforms the daily routine of dealership owners and managers.
It pulls data directly from Autologica Sky DMS and displays it in dashboards for financial, accounting, and management indicators.
Here are some of the latest features released:
Sales Potential
The new Sales Potential dashboard helps your sales team make the most of your customer base.
It highlights the people to contact each day—those most likely to need and want your products or services.
Leaderboards
The new Leaderboards panel allows you to compare KPIs across dealerships and branches, including accounting, financial, and operational indicators.
Vehicle Registrations
The commercial dashboard now includes a section on vehicle registrations per period—essential for tracking progress toward factory goals.
Data is grouped by branch, model, and generic model, with drill-down capability for every registered unit.
Profit per Sales Operation
Did we hit our targets—but did we make money doing it?
This new KPI tells you whether each transaction was profitable by comparing vehicle sale invoices with associated costs.
Note: This differs from departmental margins, which include wages, services, and other overhead (also available in Analytics).
Vehicle Inventory
This panel gives a snapshot of total vehicle inventory and shows what percentage is immobilized.
Sky DMS now includes a customizable field to define after how many months a unit is considered immobilized—giving flexibility while Analytics highlights units that meet the condition.
Parts Inventory
The non-moving parts dashboard shows what portion of inventory is not selling.
This is the starting point for optimizing both vehicle and parts stock.
Obsolete parts are like a slow tire leak—you might not notice until you’re stranded.
This dashboard lets parts managers monitor inventory health continuously.
Creator
Many users ask if the system can be customized. The answer is yes—Creator lets you build your own dashboards and organize data however is most useful to you.
Out of the box, Autologica includes prebuilt panels based on global dealership KPIs, so you can start using Analytics from day one.
Inventory App
Streamline inventory processes and stay updated without shutting down operations or doing overtime.

Parts staff can scan barcodes or QR codes, update available quantities, correct locations, and add notes—all in under a minute per item, without pausing operations.
All updates sync directly with the DMS.

Rather than performing full inventory counts, which are disruptive, use cycle counting—a more frequent and manageable approach that focuses on high-value or fast-moving items.
Quick Alerts
Improve customer experience by automating communications for key events—while saving valuable time each month.
Improved: Payments Ready for Pickup (with withholdings)
Now, when a payment order is generated, users are prompted to send an alert upon clicking “OK.”
Improved Events
- Account summary (in local and foreign currency)
- Credit limit reached or nearly reached
- Alert customers when ordered parts arrive
- Send invoices and receipts
- Repair orders open for too long
- Parts shortages in warehouses
Collections
Improvements to installment collection in settlements:
- Partial payments (based on “Amount received from customer”)
- Current installment tracking
- Early installment payment
- Collection dates beyond last payment when no current installments remain
- Full settlement cancellation
- New validations for settlement processing
Reports
